Founded Enzyme VC in February 2010 and acts as CEO. In 1999, he secured $120 million in equity and vendor financing to create IPLAN, a greenfield fiber optic telecom company in Argentina where he served as CTO. In 2008, he founded Sustentator, a green blog, sustainable product store and consulting company. As a shareholder, he serves on the board of Torneos y Competencias, the main sports TV production company in Latin America. Before IPLAN, Mr. Nofal was COO at Fibertel, the broadband Internet provider of the Cablevision Group in Argentina.

Joined Enzyme VC in February 2010 as a Senior PM. Since July 2005 he worked at Copernico Capital Partners, a Latin american hedge fund manager, performing quantitative and risk management analysis for its absolute return products.
While at business school, Alejandro worked at a Hollywood production company raising $240 million in debt and equity for a motion picture fund. Prior to this, he spent more than two years at McKinsey&Company working in several management consulting engagements in Latin America and the US. Before that, he spent two years at Accenture’s software analysis
and development consulting group.
Alejandro holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Belgrano and earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson in Los Angeles, CA.
Joined Enzyme VC in November 2010 as Senior PM. Before joining Enzyme, Juan developed consumer oriented products in the San Francisco Silicon Valley for more than ten years. In 2007 he joined a technology company where he lead the development of a cellular to wifi offload solution adopted by major US carriers and millions of users. Juan has been also involved in several projects towards finding innovative solutions to improve people’s health. The exposure to a wide range of technical problems provided him with an expertise that goes from mobile and web development to complex scalable web infrastructures.
Juan holds a MS in Computer Science from Drexel University. He holds Argentine and US citizenships
Joined Enzyme VC in November 2010 as Back-office and Institutional Investor Relations. Previously Michelle worked in Techint, Nestle and Coty&Lancaster Group in areas such as customer service, purchases and supply chain management.
Michelle, a US citizen, holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
